  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed after 18:00 on Friday or during the weekend/bank holidays will be processed starting the following business day.

2. Transit & Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time is:

  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–9 business days from the moment of purchase.

Please note: Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday). During peak seasonal periods or UK Bank Holidays, minor delays may occur.

3. Shipping Costs

We are delighted to provide free standard shipping on every order throughout the United Kingdom. At Botiqx, transparency is key: the total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay, with absolutely no hidden surcharges or additional handling fees.

Once your order has been handed over to our couriers (such as Royal Mail, Evri, or DHL), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this link to monitor your parcel's journey in real-time.

5. Delivery Constraints

  • We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
  • We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or automated parcel lockers.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Botiqx cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at info@botiqx.com immediately. We can only amend details before the order enters the "Processing" stage.
  • Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may have already been dispatched, in which case it must be treated as a return.

7. Customs & Taxes

Since Botiqx ships domestically within the United Kingdom, no customs duties or import taxes apply to your order. All prices are final.
